All items will be sent first class via Royal Mail ‘signed for’ Delivery
UK ‘Signed For ‘Delivery - £7.50 A signature will be required on delivery.
Europe Signed for Delivery - £9.95 (delivery within 3-7 working days)**
For America and the rest of the World Signed delivery - £11.95 (delivery within 7-10 working days)**
* First class tracked service - average delivery time 2-3 days - signature required on delivery.

These may vary depending on external factors and should be taken as approximate times only.
Roman holiday uses Royal Mail and affiliates of Royal Mail to ensure the best possible.
Delivery Time Information
At Roman Holiday we try our hardest to dispatch your orders as soon as we receive them but during busy periods this may not be possible so orders will be sent the following day.
We can only accept orders for products that are showing as ‘In stock' provided that:
- Payment has been accepted and billing address verified.
- Delivery address has been verified.

Roman Holiday is unable to guarantee specific delivery dates as all deliveries are subject to the service provided from the Royal mail and its affiliates, with this in mind please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Mainland UK and 14 working days forNon-Mainland UK and International delivery, unless alternative dates are stated in the product description.
This is subject to goods being in stock. Longer delivery times should be expected during understandably busy periods.
The term "Non-Mainland UK" includes the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
International Shipping & Taxes
For international orders delivery costs do not include duty and custom charges, you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes on receipt of delivery.
Additional charges required for customs clearance must be accepted by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and they are a reflection of the customs and policies held by the final destination country,
this has no relation to Roman Holiday. Policies for customs vary from country to country;
you may want to contact your local customs office for further information prior to ordering.
In the event that you wish to return your item Roman Holiday is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
All prices include VAT for all UK and EU customers.

You can return any item(s) to us within 14 days and we will issue a refund,
or exchange the item for a different size colour if preferred..
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please check the stock of your required item, should you want to exchange, prior to sending items back.
If required items for exchanges are not available we will issue a refund in it's place.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery.
Recorded delivery will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.
If you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges.
If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, please note refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt.

International Orders - Returns and Cancellations
Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders we do allow additional time for international refunds/exchanges.
Overseas customers are advised to email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us on 0208 810 1063 or email us email@example.com
Please have your order number ready. We will also need your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
